Although Product Integrity Laboratory (PIL) provides technical services often duplicated by contract manufacturers, in a problem situation we represent the interests of our clients first and foremost. We generate specification ranges that protect the client without being unreasonable to the manufacturer. This objectivity has repeatedly been valuable to our clients.

Our overall experience means that we do the testing that warrants that the quality of the product remains at the right level at costs that are reasonable.

PIL strives for rapid response to questions and problems. Laboratory test results are generally reported within 72 hours of receiving samples for quality control evaluations. This quick reporting of results ensures that the wheels of production are not stopped, unless there is a reason to stop.

When testing shows problems, we can advise the client and their manufacturers about legitimate, effective, and efficient ways to correct the problems when possible. We can also evaluate and advise on suggestions from manufacturers for changes or remedial procedures. The sooner the problem is fixed, the sooner production resumes, and the sooner everybody goes back to making money.
